On September 9, 2024, Century Commodities Solution Pte. Ltd. proudly took delivery of the CENTURY BEIJING, an Ultra-Max bulk carrier, in Nantong, China. This marks a significant milestone as the second vessel built and fully managed by the group’s subsidiary, Century Shipping.

Earlier this year, on July 30, 2024, CENTURY ZHENGZHOU was successfully transferred to Tianjin Century Ship Management Co., a joint venture between Century Commodities Solution and Synergy Marine Group , showcasing the company’s growing expertise in bulk shipping.

Founded in 2000, Century Commodities Solution has steadily expanded its global presence in bulk commodity logistics. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2012, the company has established itself as a leader in commodity supply chain services. Its entry into the maritime industry began in 2021, with a focus on building a self-owned fleet to enhance shipping autonomy and optimize transportation costs.

With the delivery of CENTURY BEIJING, the company now manages 19 vessels, with plans to surpass 30 within the next five years. This fleet expansion aligns with the strategic vision of "Buying Globally, Selling Globally," contributing to the growth of international trade routes.

The CENTURY BEIJING and CENTURY ZHENGZHOU, known for their high cargo capacity and low fuel consumption, will provide vital transportation for essential bulk goods such as grains, coal, iron ore, steel, fertilizers, and nickel ore.

By continuously investing in shipping assets, Century Commodities Solution is not only strengthening its logistics network across Southeast Asia, South America, North America, Africa, and Oceania, but also supporting China’s Belt and Road Initiative, ensuring secure and stable supply chains for global trade.
